A Crazy Market Requires a Crazy Team

We've had many sellers call us crazy in the last month. We don't mind at all! This crazy market requires an absolutely crazy team. An experienced team that knows how to capitalize in this crazy market.
 
These 3 sellers all thought we were crazy when we provided their home valuations. Each had other options/agents and was considering listing for $25k-$100k less before they chose to list with us.
 
Here are all 3 seller stories in a nutshell.
 
Seller #1 was convinced $599,000 was a strong list price. After professional staging, photos, and 3 weeks of pre-marketing we listed it for $650,000. We had multiple offers on the first weekend and sold for $705,000 all cash in 3 weeks.
 
Seller #2 purchased last year for $330,000 but needed to relocate for work. She was considering selling to Zillow for $350,000 when her sister referred us. We listed her home for $375,000 and just went under contract for $410,000. Big buyers are not always the best!
 
Seller #3 had a neighbor with the same floor plan recently sell for $383,000. They were hoping to get the same price. After meeting with another agent a family friend encouraged them to speak with us. After some pre-market magic, we listed it for $428,000. We went under contract on the first weekend for $453,000 all cash.
 
Many sellers fail to understand it takes skill and experience to sell for top dollar. Oftentimes sellers focus so much on commissions they rarely consider how much money they are leaving on the table.
